BREAST AUGMENTATION - MAMMOPLASTY
Patient feminine of 34 years of age
She consulted because she wanted to increase the volume of her breasts, but also conserve the natural appearance of her body. After suckling to her two children her breasts had diminished of size. She was taken to surgery and keeping in mind their stature and physical contexture, I decided to place her implant of silicone gel of 365 cc. We can observe the result in the corresponding picture of the second month after the surgery.

She consulted because she wanted to improve their corporal contour; according with her index of corporal mass she had a problem of obesity type 1, without any associate illness required of a judicious handling on the part of the medical nutritionist and of a regimen of physical exercise. Once overcome the problem of obesity, with an index of corporal mass of 29 she was taken to surgery. She was carried out a back liposuction and an abdominoplasty that allowed improving her contour, obtaining the results that we observe in the pictures corresponding to the first month after the surgery. We observe the results achieved after one month of having carried out the procedure. After the surgery the patient took an appropriate feeding regimen, according with the medical nutritionist's orientation as well as an appropriate program of physical activity. The definitive results will be able to see six months after of having carried out the procedure.

We achieve an appropriate volume according with the stature and the patient's physical contexture as we observe at the pictures corresponding to two months after surgery.

After her three pregnancies and a sedentary life she saw an important increase of weight that had been impossible to manage in spite of multiple diets. She was taken to surgery to carry out liposuction of the deposits of fat of the back as well as abdominoplasty to manage the flaccidity of the abdomen.
