Surgical procedure indicated in patient with little butt size and with desires of improving their corporal silhouette. BREAST AUGMENTATION

MASTOPEXY

It is the surgical procedure that is carried out to correct the position and the form of the breasts that have descended due to pregnancies, nursing or decrease of weight so that it is affected their stability and their form.  In the procedure the nipples and the areolas are placed in a higher position and the fabric of the breasts is repositioned at a higher level, achieving firm breasts in an attractive and juvenile way. In the cases in that the breasts are of small size it is placed an implants of silicone gel to stuff and to achieve the wanted form. It requires of incisions around the areola and in occasions in the inferior part of the breast. It can also associate to temporary decrease of the sensibility of the nipple and of the skin.
